Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days from approval date.
  • Processing time may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.

  • يتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ الموافقة.

Order Refusal After Preparation

  • If the order is refused after it has been prepared, no refund will be issued.

رفض استلام الطلب بعد تجهيزه

  • في حال رفض استلام الطلب بعد تجهيزه، لن يتم إصدار أي استرداد.

Section 3

Order Cancellation

  • If cancellation happens before preparation starts, a full refund is issued.
  • If only some items were not prepared, those items are canceled and refunded.
  • If all items were prepared, no refund will be issued.

إلغاء الطلب

  • إذا تم الإلغاء قبل بدء التجهيز، يتم إصدار استرداد كامل.
  • إذا لم يتم تجهيز بعض العناصر، تُلغى هذه العناصر ويُسترد ثمنها.
  • إذا تم تجهيز جميع العناصر، فلن يتم إصدار أي استرداد.
